Do you really have such poor and pathetic packaging of goods, transport/shift carelessly, use untrained and unprofessional people to deal with, and cause damage to the hard-earned costly belongings of people - if the answer is YES - "Kindly request you ALL to CHANGE THE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS AND PROVIDING SERVICES - Either STOP IT or CHANGE IT" ! I must express my deep disappointment with the level of service provided by your company - Agarwal Care Packers & Movers - Ahmedabad - ACPM (Consignment Note No. 405/Dated 03rd Aug'23)." From the very beginning, it was evident that your staff lacked the necessary training and professionalism to handle a relocation properly (Sandeep Rajput and 2 others from Ahmedabad (GJ-27 TT 2037) while loading and then Amit (HR-66 C 9819) in Pali responsible for Transportation and unloading). They are not even aware of how things are to be packed/loaded/unloaded with utmost care. The untrained staff displayed a careless attitude that resulted in significant damage to my belongings. Your company's failure to deliver the promised standard of service has caused significant distress and inconvenience. The damages incurred to my earnings and belongings have left me feeling utterly let down and betrayed by your organization.
